The name for our wall rack was inspired by the cookbooks of Jamie Oliver. As you already know, at MaximaVida we like cosiness and good food is a part of that. You produce the most beautiful dishes for a large group of friends. All your cookbooks can be placed on your wall rack in the kitchen making sure you always have them near to create the most beautiful dishes.
Jamie is a robust wooden wall rack that is designed for the real cooking enthusiast that is not afraid of a knot in the wood, a bit of colour difference or a little crack in the wood. Are you not that fond of the characteristics of wood? Then this wall rack might not be suitable for you.
The colour ivory is very popular at the moment. It is also called crème white or light beige.

Tip from us: Once you have assembled the wall rack, it can be placed against the wall and you can place your books on it. Mounting it onto the wall is not necessary. But, do you have small children, a dog, cats or rabbits? Then fixing it onto the wall might not be a bad idea!

Materiaal
Wood works, the degree in which this happens, depends on the room in which the wall rack is placed. As a result of changes in humidity and / or temperature, wood can either shrink or expand.
Large differences can lead to cracks and tears in the wood, which is why an even temperature and humidity is important. A good humidity level is between 50 and 60%. Tools to ensure a constant humidity level are water trays for the heating or a humidifier. Make sure that your wall rack is not placed against the heating or air conditioning.
Wood is a product of nature that cannot be forced. If you don’t appreciate a crack or tear in your wooden product, then it might be better not to purchase wooden products. Metal or plastic will be a better option for you, as we cannot guarantee the natural working of wood.
Delivery
Will our wall rack be your new eyecatcher in the living room? Then you will receive a parcel of 95 x 38 x 10 cm which weighs 18 kg. Mounting material is also included so you can get started right away.
This product will be delivered with DPD. DPD will come to your door once. Are you not at home and is it not possible to deliver your parcel at your neighbours? Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will either be offered to you again or it will go to a parcel shop.
Would you like to leave a comment to the driver (for example that you doorbell does not work or that it can be delivered to the neighbours)? Then please leave a note at your front door. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to hand the driver extra information before delivery. If you would like to know more about DPD, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Assembly
Are you a bit of a handyman? Then you can assemble this wall rack in about 20 minutes.
