Safe and quick

On this page you can find more information on paying for your order at MaximaVida.

At MaximaVida you can pay in different ways: 

iDeal 
Online you can pay with your bank card as well. iDeal makes it possible to pay via your own bank ( ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank).

Paying with iDeal in a few steps: 
- Chose iDeal as payment method. 
- Select the bank you use for all your online payments. 
- You will directly be sent to the familiar environment of your own bank. 
- The relevant data of your purchase are already filled in. 
- In the for you well-known preferred way you approve the payment. 
- You receive a confirmation of Mollie (the payment platform we use). 
- You return to our web shop. The order and payment have been successfully completed. 

Did your payment via iDeal fail? Please check whether the money is written off your bank account or not. Is this not the case? Then you can place your order again. Is the money transferred from your bank account but you haven’t received an order confirmation by email within the hour? Then please look up the order number that is mentioned at the payment and contact our customer service. They will help you along. 

Credit card 
We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Please select the type of credit card you would like to pay with and fill in your data. You will receive a confirmation of Mollie when the payment is successful. 

Is your credit card payment denied? 
You want to pay your order with your credit card and receive a message that your payment is denied. Because credit card payments can be sensitive to fraud, the payments are checked by a large number of objective and automated criteria. So a payment may be rejected because the CVC code or due date is not filled in correctly. A payment also may be refused when an unsecured wifi-location is used where fraud has been detected before. 
 
It can happen that your credit card payment is wrongly refused. We realize that this can be very annoying! Unfortunately MaximaVida has no insight into the reasons why your specific payment is rejected. The reserved amount will not be withdrawn and the order will be cancelled. Would you like to replace the order we recommend you to order the articles again. 

Money transfer
You can also choose to order with us and transfer the money to our bank account. Please note that it may take several days before we receive your payment. We will only send your order after receiving the payment. If we have not received payment after one week, your order will be cancelled.

Pay in the shop
If you place an order online and choose to pick up your order at our shop in Groenlo, you can pay in Groenlo with cash, PIN and by credit card.

Bancontact
If you live in Belgium you can also pay online with Bancontact.

Sofort 
German customers can pay with Sofort online as well. 

Having problems when paying? 
We do everything we can to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. But you can simply replace your order when payment fails or choose a different payment method. Please feel free to contact our customer service if you need any help.
