Returns

Trial period
After receiving your order, you have a trail period of 14 days. Within these 14 days, the products can always be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returning the Product will be at the Customer's expense.  

Below you will find our return instructions:

• Please sent us an email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return (when you have ordered through Bol.com/FonQ/Amazon, please follow the return instructions provided by the web shop in question).
• Did your package get delivered by DPD? Then you can drop it off at any delivery point (PostNL, DPD, DHL etc.). When your item was delivered with our carrier Dachser or TSN Groen, please mention this in your e-mail as well. Then we will arrange a pick-up.
• Fill in this return form and add this to your parcel.
• The item needs to be packed in in its original condition and in the original packaging. Please note: do not use duct tape, but please use transparent tape. Using duct tape will damage the packaging. When we have to repackage the item, we will charge up to 25% of the purchase price for additional costs made.
• This item can be returned to: MaximaVida, Den Sliem 42, 7141 JH Groenlo, The Netherlands (damage occurred by the return shipment shall be your responsibility).
• Items that have already been assembled, cannot be returned.
• Items that have been bought in our shop in Groenlo, can only be swapped or returned in our shop.

Returns shall be checked for damages and incompleteness. If we have established that the item has been returned undamaged and unused, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days after receipt. When you return the complete order, we will also refund the shipping costs. The refund shall be made via your original pay method. You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as we have processed your return.
