Delivery

Easily delivered to your home

On this page you can find more information about the delivery of your order at MaximaVida.

Important to know before receiving your order! 

Is the packaging or product broken, damaged or incomplete when it is delivered? 
 
 
When the product is damaged once it gets delivered by a carrier or courier, you must either refuse the delivery or make a note on the packing slip. We can use this packing slip to consult with our carrier or courier.  
 
What should you pay attention to when your product gets delivered?  

If you ‘sign’ a packing slip, you sign for good receipt of the goods. By doing so, you accept the delivery. Once you have signed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to respond to complaints. Please be aware of this before you sign: check the packaging and its content carefully even if the courier or driver is in a hurry and wants to leave as soon as possible. Will someone else receive the delivery if the goods? Please make sure that this person is informed properly and knows what he/she signs for.  
 
Delivery time 

in some cases, delivery can be delayed. When it is extremely busy for example, or when there are unforeseen circumstances with the carrier. This is a third party over which we have no influence unfortunately.  No rights can therefore be derived from the expected delivery date. Of course, we will do everything we can to make sure that you package shall be delivered as soon as possible.  

The Netherlands/Belgium 
 
Orders that are placed and paid before 12 noon on a working day, shall be shipped on the same day and usually gets delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, with DPD Monday to Saturday), unless you have chosen a specific delivery date with your order.  
 
Packages up to 30 kg and smaller than 175 cm 
 
 
Your parcel shall be sent by our carrier DPD. On the day of delivery, you will receive email that contains a Track & Trace code. DPD will come passed your house once standard. In the unlikely event that you are not at home and neither are your neighbours, depending on the size (no longer than 100 cm and a maximum belt circumference of 300 cm) and weight (no heavier than 20 kg) of the parcel, the driver either will come back a second time, or you parcel gets delivered at a parcel shop where it can be picked up.  

When you live within a radius of 5 kilometres and your package is not too big, it shall be delivered at a parcel shop after 1 attempt. This shall be done the same day, or the next day. The driver will leave you a message on which you can find the parcel shop where you parcel can be picked up from. Once your parcel has been delivered to the parcel shop, you will also find the location via the Track & Trace code. Otherwise, your package shall be delivered the next working day. DPD will always keep you informed on the whereabouts of your package. Do you have some uncertainties? Please don’t hesitate to contact us.  

Packages heavier than 30 kg and larger than 175 cm  

These are usually delivered by our carrier TSN Groen. TSN will contact you to make an appointment for delivery. There are various options that you can book for a small fee, such as a specific time window and evening or weekend delivery. TSN delivers between 8 AM and 5 PM and has a delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium of 2-5 working days.

Large or heavy orders shall be delivered on a pallet, which shall be delivered by our carrier Tielbeke or one of her partners. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email and/ or text message before 9 AM, with the expected time of delivery. To keep the delivery costs reasonable, your order shall be delivered on a pallet and placed ‘next to’ the tailgate of the truck. It is there for your responsibility to move the product to the desired location in your home or garden. Do you have special wishes regarding the delivery? Please make these known before you order and we will try to meet your wishes as much as possible. Keep in mind that extra costs will be involved.
Please note; packaging (such as pallets and boxes) will not be taken away by the carrier.  

Germany  

Packages up to 30 kg and smaller than 175 cm 

These packages shall be delivered with DPD, the time of delivery to Germany is approximately 2-3 working days. You will receive a Track & Trace code via your email which you can use to trace your package.  

Packages heavier than 30 kg and larger than 175 cm 

Packages in this category shall be sent by Dachser. Delivery to Germany with Dascher will take up to 3-5 working days. Dachser will make telephone contact with you to make an appointment for delivery.  
 
Wadden Islands  

All Dutch transport rates listed are valid for the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. When you would like to have products shipped to the islands, we can delivery up to the logistic point on the mainland. MaximaVida has the right to refuse delivery based on order size and/or geographical location.   

Pick up

You also have the option of collecting your order from our pick-up point in Groenlo. After you have placed your order through our web shop, you will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order is ready. This email contains a link that allows you to plan your pick-up time. Don’t forget to bring straps, blankets and other materials to get your purchased products home without any damages.
