Manufacturing of our furniture

MaximaVida sells unique products that cannot be found anywhere else. These products, developed by ourselves, are mainly produced in Asia and Eastern Europe. We work with these producers because to us, they are the best in their field and they share our vision of cooperative working and product quality. We work directly with our producers, meaning we don’t have intermediaries. For you, this means a beautiful piece of furniture for an honest price!

We have often known our partners for years, we like short lines of communication and good but clear communication. For our Max metal garden furniture, we even have our own production in China. We try to visit our partners annually so we can take a look behind the scenes. This creates a loyal and good mutual bond of which we are immensely proud. Because of this formula, the most perfect items are produced and you notice it!

Large stock of indoor and outdoor furniture

Because we develop our own products and sell them directly, we have large stocks. This allows us to respond quickly to projects and larger orders and deliver directly from stock. After years of expansion, our range of picnic tables and accessories is by far the largest in the Benelux. We have therefore been a reliable supplier to the hospitality industry, recreation, project organisers and various government agencies for years.

Need larger numbers of furniture?

As you can see, the prices of our furniture on our webshop include VAT. For entrepreneurs, we naturally work with prices excluding VAT. At MaximaVida, we do not use a minimum order amount! So you can order from us for any amount! If in stock, we can also deliver large quantities to you quickly. It is possible to deliver to any location within 24 hours. MaximaVida delivers your items throughout Europe without any problems, feel free to ask about the possibilities.

Curious about the current stock? A unique feature of MaximaVida is that all stock levels are transparent for you. You can view the article in question on the website and immediately see what quantity is in stock. If a product is currently out of stock, you can also find the expected delivery time here. Make use of Intra-Community delivery?

Is your company based in another EU country and would you like to place an order with MaximaVida? Then this would be an intra-Community delivery. This order is taxed with 0% VAT in the Netherlands, instead you will pay VAT in the country where you are established. Therefore, you must be able to provide us with a VAT identification number as an entrepreneur.

The best way to do this is to contact us directly by e-mail. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to place an order on our website that is free of VAT. Please email us the items you would like to order and include your company name, address details and VAT number. We will check this VAT number for accuracy performing a VIES check. After this, we will make a quotation for your which we will send to you by email. After approval, we will place your order. This way, you order will be taxed with 0% VAT. If the VIES check is not approved, we will first contact you.

Transport of our furniture

Because we have been bringing products from all over the world to the Netherlands for such a long time, weknow very well how the logistic world works. We do everything we can to optimise the flow of goods by making sure that the environmental impact is minimised and the shipping costs affordable. The smaller the packages, the lower the shipping costs will be which enables us to offer you a more affordable product.This means that most of our products are delivered as construction kits.

We also do our best to deliver items to you with as few CO2 emissions as possible, for example, a large proportion of our transporters work with 100% electric company buses and trucks. Combined with kits that take up less space and are packed in recycled boxes, you certainly don't have to feel guilty for the environment when making a purchase.

We can imagine that not everyone has the right tools, space or time to assemble our products themselves. You can use our assembly service at MaximaVida. We will set up your furniture professionally, safely and quickly! We can even take away the packaging material for you so that you do not have to dispose of it yourself.
