On this page you can find more information about the MaximaVida ordering process.

Step 1: Ordering
Chose an article in the web shop and place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Order” button. A pop-up screen will appear with the article you have placed in the shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping, chose the button “Continue shopping”. When you are done shopping chose the button “Ordering” so you will be send to the check-out pages. While scrolling through our pages you can check your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking on the shopping cart icon on the right top of the page.

You can change the amount of articles in your shopping cart by using the + or - sign. Would you rather like to order something else? Then you can simply remove the article from your shopping cart by clicking the trash icon. You can also use your coupon code when applicable on this page.

When you are completely satisfied and want to place your order chose the button “Place the order”. You will then be send to the next page were you can fill out your personal data.

Log in or register
Do you already have an account at MaximaVida? Then you can easily find your data by logging in. When you don’t have an account, chose the button “Register now”. You are not required to create an account when placing an order in our web shop. If you want to order without registration chose the button “Ordering without account”. There you can give us the information to process your order without registration.

Delivery options
Next you can let us know how you want to receive your order. You can chose for delivery at home, therefore we use the address you provided in your personal data. Curious when to expect your order? The expected delivery time is stated separately for each article. If you order several items, please use the longest delivery time.

When you chose the option “Delivery on another address”, the option to fill out a different address appears.

If you have chosen the option “Pick-up in Groenlo” you will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is ready. Please note that it is not an option to order outlet items via our web shop. Outlet items can be picked upi in Groenlo against cash payment. Outlet items cannot be returned and will not be shipped. For questions regarding the outlet, you can contact us via Please do contact us in advance to ensure the items you fancy are in stock.

Intra-Community supply
When you would like to order with us as an entrepreneur and you have a valid VAT identification number, please contact us before placing your online order so we can process your order correctly. You can either send us an email ( or call us on 0031 544 375 445

Step 2: Payment
On this page you chose the desired payment method for your order.

Step 3: Confirmation
Please check your order again on the overview page. When everything is filled in correctly, click “Complete order”.  Your order is completed when you see an order confirmation on your screen and receive an order confirmation via email.

When you have an account at MaximaVida, you can log in via the icon right on top of the page. Here you will find your order confirmation and all the information you provided. You can also find your invoice here and download and print it from this page.

Delivery time
Curious when to expect your order? The expected delivery time is stated separately for each article. If you order several items, please use the longest delivery time. The delivery times for Belgium and Germany can differ. If an article is not in stock you can leave your details at the relevant article. As soon as the article is back in stock, you will receive a notification via email so you can order the product yourself directly online.
