Cushions can and do go anywhere! They make you more comfortable and they make your house and garden cosier. A few new cushions will instantly change the look of your living room or garden seating area. MaximaVida has an extensive line of cushions with cushions in different sizes, patterns and colours.

We have chair cushions, which fit perfectly on our Max garden chairs; cushions for adirondack chairs Toronto and Montreal; bench cushions for our Max benches, among others; and custom-made picnic table cushions for our picnic tables. The nice thing is that you can combine these cushions with each other because we offer the different models in the same colours and prints. You can also use our cushions indoors.

Sit comfortably with cushions

The difference between sitting and being comfortable is in the cushion. At MaximaVida, we spend a lot of time on the seating comfort of our indoor and outdoor furniture. By making the right choice in terms of material and shape, all our sofas already sit well. But by using a sofa cushion, you add that extra bit of comfort. And besides being extra comfortable, the cushions also add a lot of atmosphere thanks to their cheerful colours and patterns!

Cushion line MaximaVida

At MaximaVida, we have our own cushion line. Cushion line Vaiana comes in a colourful tropical fantasy print and immediately brightens up your interior or garden. The print was designed especially for MaximaVida and fits perfectly with all the brightly coloured Max furniture. Cushion line MaximaVida comes in a version for your garden chair, garden bench or picnic table.

How about a little extra cheerfulness in your home? You can also use our cushions indoors. Nice chairs for the dining table? Then a beautifully coloured cushion will add cosiness and warmth to your home. And during your dinner party, everyone will be even more comfortable!

Uni cushions

Besides our cheerful Vaiana cushion line, we also have cushions in a plain colour. So do you like sleek and modern design, like the Dex aluminium picnic table? Then we also have a nice range of anthracite-grey cushions that go well with this style.

Material of our cushions

All our cushions are made of Olefin, also known as polypropylene. This is a synthetic fabric widely used for clothing, carpets and garden furniture. This fabric is made of a strong fibre that does not wear out easily. The fabric is lightweight, dries quickly and is water-repellent, making it easy to maintain. Moreover, the Olefin fabric has a UV filter, making it less prone to discolouration. These properties therefore make this fabric ideal for outdoor use.

The properties of Olefin:

Strong fabric that is soft to the touch;
Hard-wearing;
Lightweight;
UV filter;
Easy to wipe/clean.

What is the best way to maintain Olefin fabrics? The most important thing is to keep the fabric clean. There is no need to treat the fabric with chemicals. To enjoy your cushions for longer, it is advisable to clean them in autumn and winter.

Maintenance of cushions

Our cushions are water-resistant. Do you accidentally spill a drink? Then you can easily wipe it off. If you have the cushions outside and a little rain falls, there's no danger of losing them. Is heavy rain expected? Then it is wise to put the cushions inside!

Tip: Never wash the cushion covers in the washing machine! The zip in the cushion cover is there to tighten it around the cushion filling. If you take the cushions out of the covers, it is almost impossible to get them back into the cover.

You can also leave your e-mail address with the right article and you will be notified when it is back in stock. In stock? Then you will have the cushions within a few days! Then it's just a matter of getting to work styling and making your seat cosy!

How do I know if the item of my choice is in stock?

For each item, you will find the actual stock numbers on the product detail page to the right of the price.

The item that I would like to order is currently not in stock. Can I order or reserve it?

You can leave your e-mail address with the product of your choice and you will be notified automatically when it is back in stock! You will also see an indiaction of the expected delivery time under this entry field. So you know approximately when you can expect to hear from us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order or reserve an item if it is out of stock.

Where can I find the dimensions of an item?

You can find the dimensions of our products on the bottom left of the product detail page under the tab Product features. Are you looking for the dimensions of the packaging? Then look under Extra Information under Delivery for the exact dimensions.

Can I also collect my order?

It is also possible to collect your order at our pick-up point in Groenlo. After you have placed your order through our webshop, you will receive an email from us once your order is ready for pick-up. Don’t forget to bring lashing straps, blankets and other materials to get you newly purchased items home without being damaged.

How do I know if my order will fit in my car?

You have chosen to collect your order from us in Groenlo. To be sure whether the item you ordered will fit in your car or whether you need to arrange a trailer, we have listed the dimensions and weight of the package in the "extra information" tab next to the product. So please check beforehand whether the box/boxes will fit to avoid disappointment.

Where can I find the assembly instructions of an article?

We have created assembly instructions for most items. You will find these at the bottom left of the product detail page under the Assembly Instructions tab. For some articles we have also made an assembly instruction video. You will find these under the same tab.
Check all parts before you begin assembly. Always report damage before assembly.

My outdoor cushion has gotten dirty. Can I wash it in the washing machine?

It’s best not to wash outdoor cushions in the washing machine. Washing can damage the filling and cause it to lose its shape. It’s also not advisable to wash just the cover, as the zipper is mainly intended to keep the cover snug around the filling. If you remove the filling, it can be challenging to get it back in properly.
