Your order has been placed and the colleagues in our warehouse will start picking your order shortly.
So, what will happen next?
Based on your order, we determine which carrier will ship you order. It is possible that your order will be sent in several packages. But don't worry, shipping times will not change.
We use several different carriers; DPD, TSN Groen and Dachser. TSN Groen and Dachser will send you an e-mail which you can use to make an appointment for delivery. Very convenient because you can choose the time and date that suits you best. A minor downside is that your order cannot be delivered the next working day.
When you order is delivered with DPD it is expected that, when you order before 12 PM, it will be delivered the next working day. DPD will send you an email with the track and trace code with which you can follow your order.
Note: If the delivery person offers you a damaged package, you have the right to refuse this package. Please ensure that a note is made on the packing slip and inform us that you have refused the package.
