Your order
Great, you’ve placed an order with MaximaVida – what happens next?
If your order is being sent in a parcel weighing more than 30 kg and measuring more than 175 cm, it will be delivered by TSN Groen in the Netherlands, JPhome in Belgium and Dachser in Germany. All these carriers will contact you first (by phone or email) before they come to deliver your order.

Please note: the email may end up in your spam folder.

Arrange a delivery appointment TSN Groen/ JPhome
Parcels weighing more than 30 kg and measuring more than 175 cm are delivered in the Netherlands by our carrier TSN Groen. TSN will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. There are various options you can book for a small fee, such as a specific time slot and evening or weekend delivery. TSN delivers parcels between 8:00 and 17:00 as standard and has a delivery time of 2–5 working days for the Netherlands and Belgium.

If your order is to be delivered to Belgium, this will be handled by JP Home (via TSN Groen). They will also contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Arrange a delivery appointment Dachser
Large or heavy orders (e.g. 20 picnic tables) are delivered on a pallet. These are delivered by our carrier, Dachser. On average, these orders are delivered to you within 3 to 5 days. It is important to note that they will also email you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Please note: packaging (e.g. a pallet or box) is not collected by our carrier.

Delivery times
In some cases, deliveries may be delayed due to extremely high volumes or other unforeseen circumstances affecting our carriers. This is a third party over which we unfortunately have no control. Consequently, no rights can be derived from the expected delivery date. We naturally find this very frustrating and will do our best to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible.

Netherlands/Belgium
The expected delivery time is stated separately for each item. If you order multiple items, please allow for the longest delivery time.

Public holidays
During public holidays such as Christmas and Easter, our delivery times may vary. On these days, both our warehouse and our carriers are closed, which means orders may be processed and delivered later than usual. Please bear in mind that your shipment may therefore be delayed by one or a few days. You will always receive a track-and-trace link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Wadden Islands
All stated Dutch delivery rates apply to the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands. For the Wadden Islands, we deliver to the logistics point on the mainland. MaximaVida reserves the right to refuse delivery based on order size and/or geographical location.

Important information before accepting your order!
Has your parcel or item been delivered broken, damaged or incomplete? If an item is delivered damaged by a courier or transport company, you must refuse the delivery or make a note of this on the delivery note. We can then use this delivery note to discuss the matter with our carrier or courier.

What should you look out for when accepting goods?
If you ‘sign off’ on the delivery note, you are confirming receipt of the goods. By doing so, you accept the shipment. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to process complaints after this point. Please be aware of this before signing: check the packaging and its contents carefully, even if the courier or driver is in a hurry and wants to leave as soon as possible. Is someone else accepting the goods on your behalf? Ensure that this person is properly instructed and knows what they are signing for.
