Our tip: once the shelf is assembled, you can simply place it against the wall and start styling. Fixing it to the wall is not necessary. If you have small children, pets, or prefer extra stability, we recommend attaching it to the wall for added safety.

Material
Wood is a living material, and the extent to which it changes depends on the room where the shelf is placed. Due to fluctuations in humidity and/or temperature, wood can shrink or expand.
Large differences can lead to cracks or splits in the wood, so maintaining a stable temperature and humidity is important. (Ideal humidity is between 50 and 60%). Tools to help maintain a constant humidity include water trays for the radiator or a humidifier. Make sure your shelf is not placed directly against a heater or air conditioning unit.
Wood is a natural product that cannot be forced. If a small crack or split in your wooden item is a big issue for you, it is better not to buy a wooden product. Metal or plastic may better suit your needs, as we cannot guarantee the natural behavior of wood.
Delivery
The wall shelf Jamie is delivered in one box with the following dimensions: (L x W x H) 96 x 41 x 12 cm (16 kg). The assembly materials are also included, so you can start using it right away.
This product is delivered by DPD. The DPD driver will come to your door once. If you are not at home and it cannot be delivered to a neighbor, it depends on the size and weight of the package whether it will be redelivered or sent to a parcel shop.
Do you have a note for the driver? (For example, that your doorbell does not work or that it can be left with a neighbor?) Please leave a note on your front door. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the driver with extra information in advance.
