The wood of the bench is 40 mm thick and impregnated against wood rot and fungi. By using 40 mm-thick wooden beams for both seat and back, you have not only created a nice aesthetic look but also a wonderfully comfortable seat!

Material
These industrial bench legs (2 pieces) are made of robust 50 x 50 mm metal tubes and are coated black.
The seats and backrest are made of wood. If you are not yet familiar with the (outdoor) use of the natural product wood, we would like to give you the following information before purchase. This is to avoid disappointment and discussion after purchase.
Wood is a natural product that can shrink and expand. This is the result of varying moisture content. This is popularly known as the working of wood. The more humid the air, the more likely the wood will expand. If the humidity is continuously high, mould may also develop. On the other hand, if the air is very dry, the wood may shrink and crack. This natural function of wood is part of a wooden product and is not a complaint that can be remedied.
The effect of wood (even in new furniture!) usually manifests itself in the following natural characteristics for which no guarantee can be given:
- Cracking in the wood
- Bending and twisting of the wood
- Resin formation
- Mould formation
- Discolouration
Knots can start to work and fall out; they can also leave a yellow colour due to resin formation. Wood is therefore a very conscious choice of people who are familiar with the above properties and can appreciate the charm of a natural product.

Delivery
These bench legs come in a box that measures 78 x 95 x 28 cm box and weigh 12 kg. The package of wood is delivered in a box of 120 cm x 45 x 10 cm.
This product is delivered with DPD. The DPD deliverer will come to your door once. Are you not at home and are you unable to deliver to a neighbour? Then it depends on the size and weight of your parcel whether it will be presented again or sent to a parcel shop.
Do you have any comments for the driver (e.g. that the bell does not work or that it can be delivered to the neighbours)? Then please place a note on the front door. Assembly
The mounting points are marked in the wooden beams. Pre-drill these holes and use the wood screws to fasten the beams to the legs. Your bench is up in 30 minutes! Plugs and bolts are also included for mounting on the ground.
