Our low-maintenance plastic boards look like real teak, complete with a beautiful wood grain texture for that natural look. But unlike wood, this material does not splinter or discolour and you never have to sand or varnish it. Just wipe it clean and you're done!

Material

By purchasing our own mould, we are able to produce a plastic board that cannot be distinguished from real (teak) wood. Unlike other plastic boards, the plastic even has real wood grains. The material is resistant to mould, insects and it does not splinter. The colour of plastic is comparable to teak wood. 

Plastic can scratch and break if it comes into contact with other hard materials, so it is wise to use coasters. Light scratches can be removed easily using a piece of sandpaper. Plastic can discolour and warp slightly in the sun like any other outdoor product and is not covered under warranty. Do not leave glassware on the plastic in the sun, as prism effects can heat the plastic to the point of causing burn marks.

As plastic material is porous, stains and grease can soak in. You can prevent this by regularly treating your furniture with a plastic protector and using coasters. In addition, UV light from the sun can cause plastic to discolour. A plastic protector provides protection and therefore we advise you to use it. 

Cleaning plastic garden boards is very simple:

Step 1: Wipe away dirt with a soft brush.
Step 2: Clean plastic with water and a plastic cleaner. Wipe away dirt with a soft brush in the longitudinal direction of the plastic or use a sturdy sponge.
Step 3: Rinse with plenty of water and then allow to dry thoroughly
Step 4: Apply plastic protector to the plastic

This product is usually delivered by our carrier TSN Groen. TSN will contact you to make a delivery appointment. There are various options that you can book for a small fee, such as the return of packaging material, a specific time window and evening or weekend delivery.
