Material
All our ash wood slats are artificially dried to approx. 18% moisture content. This largely prevents the wood from warping. The ash wood slats are treated with a water-based protective coating.
Wood warps, and the extent to which this happens depends on where it is placed. Changes in humidity and/or temperature cause wood to shrink or expand.
Large differences can lead to cracks and warping of the wood. This natural warping of wood is part of a wooden product and is not a complaint that can be remedied.
The movement of wood (even in brand new furniture!) usually manifests itself in the following natural characteristics, for which no guarantee can be given:
• Cracking in the wood
• Curvature and twisting of the wood
• Resin formation
• Mould formation
• Discolouration
The planks are 100 cm long, 5 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick. When the façade bench is folded, the width is 25 cm.

Delivery
This garden bench is delivered in two boxes, one measuring 100 x 15 x 10 cm and weighing 23 kg, and the other measuring 53.5 x 27.5 x 14 cm and weighing 14 kg.
This product is delivered by DPD. The DPD delivery driver will come to your door once. If you are not at home and they are unable to deliver it to your neighbours, depending on the size and weight of your package, it may be redelivered or sent to a parcel shop.
Do you have any comments for the driver? (For example, that the doorbell is not working or that it can be delivered to your neighbours) Then leave a note on your front door. Assembly
Assembling the Jordaan wall bench is extremely easy with just a 12 mm masonry drill bit and a 17 mm socket wrench or open-end wrench. Measure the first hole and mark it on the wall, making sure that the hole is in the middle of a brick and not in a joint. The average ideal seat height is 45 cm. Insert the first plug and tighten the bolt approximately 95%.
Place a spirit level on the seat of the bench and hang the bench level. Mark the second hole and insert the second plug. Tighten the second bolt approximately 95% as well. Straighten and level both brackets. You can then drill the remaining holes and tighten the bolts completely.
