What is the right of withdrawal? (cooling-off period)

If you place an order with us online, the following rules apply:

1. The right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

Period: You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting on the day after you receive the product.

Action: Within these first 14 days, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can do this using the contact form below.

2. The return period (physically returning the product)

Period: After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Complete the contact form below, including your order number and any additional comments.

You will then receive a confirmation email from us containing our return conditions and instructions. Please wait until you have received this email before sending your products back.

Returned items will be inspected for completeness and any damage. Once we have confirmed that the item has been returned unused and undamaged, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount no later than 14 days after we receive the return. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Return costs
The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged for shipment and carefully follow our return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during transport.
