This modern cross-leg coffee table Copenhagen of 62 cm is made from the low-maintenance material HPL. This round coffee table top has a fashionable wooden herringbone design which is barely distinguishable from real wood. You get the trendy look of real wood, but not the disadvantages. Real wood will discolour, is difficult to clean and must be maintained with oil. Stains that appear can barely be removed from wood. This is not an issue with HPL.
This cross-frame table has a diameter of 62 centimetre and is 47 centimetre high which will allow you to reach your cup of tea or magazine with ease.
The timeless classical wooden flooring with herringbone pattern is still very popular. Centuries ago, this complicated pattern was placed in homes of wealthy people. The pattern matches several interior styles and is use often in homes. We therefor also see this herringbone design in table tops and coffee table tops.

Please note! Our very sturdy executed coffee table sets are delivered as an easy assemble kit. Once the sets have been assembled, they are no longer new and we can therefore not accept them as a return. We have therefore mentioned the sizes clearly and detailed with each set so that you can measure the table before purchase and decide if the size is right for you. By doing this, we can prevent unnecessary and valuable returns.
Extra information
Material / HPL when used outside
When you choose to use HPL table tops outside, it is important that you keep in mind that bright colours will fade under the influence of difference weather influences. Just like dark colours will fade. The less patterned and the lighter the colour, the more beautiful your table top will remain.
Eventually, patterns will also fade. Cleaning the table tops weekly with a dry cloth and rubbing it in with vegetable oil will slow this process down.
HPL table tops can be cleaned easily due to its smooth and scratchproof surface. It is highly resistant to low and high temperatures. You can saw and drill in HPL, just like you can with ordinary wood.
Delivery
The MaximaVida round table top will be delivered with DPD. DPD will come to your door once. Are you not at home and is it not possible to deliver your parcel at your neighbours? Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will either be offered to you again or it will go to a parcel shop.
Would you like to leave a comment to the driver (for example that you doorbell does not work or that it can be delivered to the neighbours)? Then please leave a note at your front door. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to hand the driver extra information before delivery. If you would like to know more about DPD, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Assembly
Our HPL table tops are 12 mm thick. This 12 mm plus the thickness of the mounting plate is the desired length of screw that you will need to use. Take a margin of 3 mm to make sure you won’t screw through the table top and don’t forget to pre-drill the holes. For some extra strength, you can also use mounting adhesive between the table top and the mounting plate.
The easiest wat to mount the HPL table tops onto the (coffee table) frame, is by using 3M double sided tape. With using just a few pieces of tape, your table top will be firmly attached to the frame.
