Are you about to order the provence garden bench? We would first like to give you some advice about this beautiful product of nature; wood. Wood is subjected to weather influences. This means that wood can either tear or crack. This can also affect the knots in the wood which can result in knots that can either expand or fall out. Also, a yellow colour may remain due to resin formation.
All that is mentioned above, is because wood is a hygroscopic material, which means that wood ‘works’. This means that the material adapts to the climate of the environment and the humidity and volume of the wood will continuously change.
Many people consider this the charm of wood. Does this not apply to you, then you might want to look are our aluminium or polyword outside furniture instead. These will meet your expectations more.
Our wooden garden chairs have been impregnated which means they have been treated against wood rot and moulds in an environment friendly way.
Delivery
To keep the delivery costs reasonable, this item shall be placed “next to” the tailgate of the truck. It is your responsibility to place your new table inside. Do you have special wishes? Please let us know before you order and we will try to meet your wishes as much as possible. Keep in mind that this might mean that extra costs are involved.
Assembling
To make sure that the bench can be put together correctly at once, please make sure that you don’t tighten the nuts and bolts completely straight away. By doing this, there is slack in the bench which means you can get all the parts in its correct position. Have you put the whole bench together and on the right places? Then you can tighten all the nuts and bolts to make your bench super solid.
