Would you like to make your own façade bench or garden bench of approximately 100 cm? Take a look at this beautiful set of natural oak slats. The slates are approximately 100 cm long, 12 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick.
The 3 slates are provided with 4 pre-drilled holes so you are able to connect them onto a frame, using carriage bolts. Mounting materials are not included. Would you prefer a complete façade bench? This set of slats are the correct size to be used with our Jordaan façade bench wall brackets which are delivered including mounting materials for these slats.
Extra information
All our oak bench seats are artificially dried to approximately 18% moisture content. This largely prevents the wood from warping. The oak slats for the bench are delivered natural, you can treat them with oil before use or give them a cheerful colour.
Wood works, the extent of which depends on where it is placed. As a result of changes in humidity and/or temperature, wood shrinks or expands.
Large differences can lead to cracking or warping of the wood. These natural effects of wood are part of a wooden product an can therefore not a complaint that can be remedied.
The working of wood usually manifests itself in the following natural characteristics on which no guarantee can be given:
- Cracking in the wood and therefore in the paint layer
- Warping and twisting of the wood, and therefore also of the paint layer
- Resin formation
- Mould formation
- Discolouration
