Tip from us!
Does this bench not have the correct size or do you happen to have some planks lying around? The brackets of this wall bench can also be bought separately meaning you can easily create a bench of the desired length. The only thing you will need to do is to add 3 wooden seat planks of 12 cm wide and approximately 2,5 – 3 cm thick.
Extra information
Material
All our oak bench seats are artificially dried to approx. 18% moisture content. This largely prevents the wood from warping. The oak seat planks are delivered in their natural colour, you can always decide to treat them with oil before use or even give them a nice colour of your preference.
Wood works, the extent of which depends on where it is placed. As a result of changes in humidity and/or temperature, wood shrinks or expands.
Large differences can lead to cracking and warping of the wood, therefore an even temperature and humidity is important. This natural effect of wood is part of a wooden product and cannot be remedied.
The effects of wood (even on new furniture!) are usually shown in the following natural characteristics for which no guarantee can be given:
- Cracking of the wood
- Warping and bending of the wood
- Resin
- Mould
- Discolouration

Delivery
This wall bench will be delivered in a box of 133 x 45 x 10 cm and weighs 15 kg.
This product will be delivered with DPD. DPD will come to your door once. Are you not at home and is it not possible to deliver your parcel at your neighbours? Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will either be offered to you again or it will go to a parcel shop.
Would you like to leave a comment to the driver (for example that you doorbell does not work or that it can be delivered to the neighbours)? Then please leave a note at your front door. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to hand the driver extra information before delivery. If you would like to know more about DPD, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Assembly
Fitting the façade bench Jordan is extremely easy to do with just a brick drill 12 mm and socket spanner or open-end spanner 17. Measure the first hole and mark it on the wall, making sure your hole ends up in the middle of a brick and not in a joint. The average ideal sitting height is 45 cm. Insert the first dowel and tighten the bolt about 95%.
Place a spirit level on the seat of the bench and hang the bench level. Mark out the second hole and insert the second dowel. Tighten the second bolt about 95% as well. Set both brackets straight and level. After this, you can drill the remaining holes and finally tighten the bolts.
